I seem to find the 4th Club Penguin twitter account but I can't proof it's official yet. I took a snapshot of it.

Field ops 83 CHEATS!

WE ARE FIRST!!

We are first cus I done it the old way. Pictures. Lets see the steps

1. Pick up you spy phone and go to the command room

2. Head over to the Field ops computer. It's the yellow one

It says:

Spendiferous, Secret Knights The dragon king is defeated. Now we must steal him away! Go to this statue at Dragon Peak, and use thy tools to power the seal. Onward!

It is the ski hill statue. It is broken but.

 Location found. Power up the Chipset

 Here we go. 1 left!

 Yay! Completed.

It says:
